The Year Two Science Experiment

The Year Two Class planted sunflowers in the full sun and shady spots.  All of the sunflowers received approximately the same amount of water.  We also put similar amounts of fertilizer on the flowers.  The children learned that the sunflowers which were in full sun grew the tallest and had the most blooms.  They estimated the flowers to be around 2 1/2 metres tall.  The flowers which received the smallest amount of sun grew the least - not even a metre.  THERE WAS ONLY ONE BLOOM!

The Year Two Class presents "The Girls in the Tower"

The Wicked Warlock was the wickest warlock EVER!  He took all four of the baby girls away from their parents.  He raised them as his own daughters.  At the end, the loss of his daughters made him cry and weep with great grief.  As he cried, his own tears melted him!

Princess Gardenia dreamed of a handsome prince taking her away from the tower!

Princess Violet contented herself in the tower by reading, doing maths and playing with her sisters!

Princess Daffodil loved EGGPLANT!

Princess Petunia dreamed of living in a lovely castle!

Prince Ben thought of a good plan to rescue the Princesses!

Prince Len wanted to rescue the Princesses!

Prince Fen thought the princesses had great personalities!

Prince Ken fell madly in love!
