Children in Need 2015

We raised a whopping 1020sr for Children in Need!  Well done to everyone...

We started with a non uniform day and held a "Be a Hero" assembly where all parents were invited to hear the children announce who their hero was and why.  We had a varied group of heroes from Batman and Superman to Firemen, Doctors and Mums and Dads.

At break time we enjoyed a tuck shop...

Then in the evening we had a "Be a Hero" D.I.S.C.O.

Remembrance Service TGV Compound

This weekend saw the people of TGV and guests take part in the annual remembrance ceremony. Our very own Connie Reilly read a very moving poem.  We are all very proud of her.  A big thanks to Mrs Carrington who selected Connie's poem and worked with her on it.

We are also very proud of  several more of our TPS children who read out names of the fallen and helped lay wreaths (photos to follow).  Well done to Charlie, Libby, William, Jasmine, Lachlan and Isaac for taking part and reading so well.
