We all celebrated World Book Day today here at TPS. The children all dressed up as their favourite character from a book. The staff were Aliens in Underpants! We had a great day, starting with our World Book Quiz for KS1 and KS2 followed by our assembly where the children explained what character they were dressed as and also told us about their favourite book. Mrs Iva Hetherington kindly judged our best dressed which was won by Katie (KS1) and Ibrahim (KS2). Katie was a Ladybird and Ibrahim was The Cat in the Hat. They both won lovely reading books.
