Waves

Today the children experimented with equipment to try and find all the different ways that waves were made. They used dominos to show that water can push other water, they used straws to show that different wind speeds create bigger and smaller waves, they created wave word banks and lastly they looked at how waves can move solid objects like sand and shells. We were really happy with how they worked as a group.  Well done Year 1/2.
