Year 1 enjoyed celebrating Chinese New Year on 23rd January. This year it is the Year of the Dragon. They cooked some rice and peas, tasted kumquats, decorated fans, made dragon puppets and listened to a selection of Chinese folk tales.is year it is the Year of the Dragon.
